About the role

• Oversee team performance, rostering, and service delivery
• Maintain a 40/60 admin-to-clinical caseload
• Support a generalist caseload: inpatient, outpatient, home & aged care

Skills & experience

• Registration as an Occupational Therapist with AHPRA
• Leadership or senior OT experience
• Clinical expertise in a generalist caseload
• Commitment to team-based care and regional health
• Open to relocation and community engagement
